Summer Show
The Where Do You Think You Live? Project is funded until the end of August 2011. There has been a wealth of material donated to the Trust's archive and much more is expected to be added!
The project team has been planning an exhibition of all the material generated by the project. It will include research on WGC housing by the House Detectives, oral histories donated by residents who have been recalling their earliest memories of life in the town and photographs.
We are currently calling for current digital photographs taken on the theme of "My Neighbourhood" or "My Favourite Place in WGC" and if you have any older photographs showing some of the changes that have gone on in the town over the last 90 years we would be delighted if you were willing to share them with us.
Our Summer Show will be held at Oaklands College in the last week of July. There is still plenty of time for you to participate in many of the above elements of the project. Email us at
