Now Available - A Brave Vision DVD

The Trust has recently issued the DVD "Welwyn Garden City - A Brave Vision".

Produced by Angela Eserin, Steve Sullivan and John Watson and directed by Maggie Clarke it has a running time of approximately 55 minutes and was previously only available on video format.

Using archive footage it tells the story of Welwyn Garden City "a town built on an ideal of better living. A town founded by a near penniless Ebenezer Howard. A town which struggled to survive but which grew and flourished to become a varied balanced community of over 40,000 people. A town which has become one of the most internationally celebrated examples of a successful garden city".
